Vegetarian dinner

Delicious blanched bitter melon & Japanese radish topped with Japanese Miso Dressing. I save the blanching water for tea. I found a nice small zucchini to cook with butter, sea salt and a dash of black pepper. Add corn starch for thickening to my half cooked zucchini, yum!
Nothing fancy, for dinner, but filling and healthy. Though, I'm having blueberry pie ala Walmart, oh well, gave in to my cravings for it.
Was a nice sunny day, but stayed in. Got my laundry done early, yesterday. Saw that the laundry room was empty, so I did my laundry Saturday evening.
Got a bill, that I'll clear up from the hospital that I believe is a mistake. I'll look into it this coming week. How are you doing?

Good! Stay well!! I know, bitter melon not everyone likes it. But I know how to get bitter out of it, so tasty with miso dressing.

How healthy this meal looks.
I am sure that bill is a mistake..I get those sometimes and they are always wrong.

Sounds good! Enjoy! I'm staying home. Tomorrow shopping. Today, went to Marukai Wholesale Mart nearby for my cooked rice. I retire to my bedroom, for late night tv early... no sound travels out of my room.
