Those who have pet cat do you train your cat how to use the bathroom during pee and waste throwing time?
See the photo image, it's so interesting and awesome a cat pees properly in the toilet bowl. It seems he's feeling satisfied and refreshed. I was thinking if this cat
flushed too after throwing.
It maybe hard to train a cat but I saw one video a cat flushed the toilet bowl after using. It was somewhat funny, yet awesome too. But I don't have a pet cat. I just feed three stray cats that comes home every meal awaiting me downstairs. They're so pitiful.
What's best in your pet cat?

This is better than burying their feces in the soil and destroying plants it's more difficult I guess to train a male to urinate because they spread it all over to mark their territory.

@louievill This is true that's why I had my male cat neutered and now he no longer does spraying everywhere. He now urinates to his place.

If my cat could learn to use a people toilet, I would be so grateful! I don't see that happening, though. They probably have to learn to do that when they are kittens, and my cat is already 6 years old, so he's very set in his ways. I count myself lucky that he even uses the litter box, LOL!

@DevMrSamEleazar you make my day. I keep on laughing here when your mom hit Max like a child. It's so funny. Max surely got oriented with where to pee and poop or else another hit to strike to his body. Love Mac kitty.

I think he was trained at an early age if he really does that on a regular basis. I think animals when taught repeatedly will eventually make it a habit in time. But it might take time to train an old cat anymore since their attention span will be a bit harder and they have their own routines already.

@cacay1 Training a cat can be challenging at many times since they are independent and at times do not want to be disturbed. That trait of cats burying their waste is very much part of them already as mostly do that. That one trait of a cat is admirable on their part compared to dogs that dump anywhere they feel like it to dump their waste.

@rsa101, yes true, it requires early training for a cat. Untrained cats in my place usually pee and poop on the ground and cover their waste with soil so they have instinct idea where to throw. This proves that they can be trained but starting at their kitten age. My pet cat before was trained to watch the foods on our dining table while calling family members to get out from their shells to dine. I noticed my pet Mikmik never ate the fried fish near him. He just closed his eyes. I gave him after 1 big fried fish as reward.

I’ve never had a cat but while growing up many of my friends did and all of them tried to train their cats to go potty on the toilet . Few succeeded but many gave up lol. I think it’s worth it if you have the patience.
