I have more about my new job

Before I get into the newest, let me go back for those who don’t know. I have been a teacher’s aid for 4 years for special needs students, but without benefits. This year, I applied for a job with the same employer, that has benefits, but I would be in a new building and with a new teacher. So, out of the 8 students, I know 6 of them, which means it will be easier for the students and myself being in a new building. Yesterday I met the teacher and the 2 students I didn’t know and I got to see my room. The principal of that building came in and recognized me from when I worked in his building for 4 weeks before covid shut everything down. He said the same thing the program’s principal said, “that I would be a good match with this teacher” But that isn’t all. I saw my room. It not only has a bathroom, but it has many cabinets for storage and it is located right next to the parking lot. So no walking forever to get to my room, especially if I have something big, like a desk chair, to bring from my car to the room. There is also a room right across the hall with a fridge and microwave. This is great because sometimes my lunches need refrigeration and heated up. Even though school doesn’t start until the 17th, as a contracted aid, my first day is the 15th at the programs building, then I go in on the 16th to my building. Next week the teacher and I are going to move her things into the room, so until then, have great day. @DaddyEvil
