End of shift with 2 promoters

Good morning. It's already 7:27am here of Wednesday.
After my work shift, me and Sam did a walkathon for about less than kilometers if I am not mistaken. He's sleeping right now. Sam is just like me working at home. Literally, he's not working at home because he has no job but he's doing his online activities such as myLot usually at night time.
Just wanted to share that for my end of shift report. I do received 2 promoters coming from the survey of my customers whom I assisted for Tuesday shift. As I've shared to you for Monday shift that I had my 3 promoters and 1 QA 100%.
I'm very happy for the outcome of my surveys. In which from August 1st to 9th, I already received a total of 12 surveys to make an equivalent of +75. With that 12 surveys, I got 10 promoters, 1 passive and 1 detractor.
Looking for the best outcome until the end of the month.

That is very a very good rating for that many days. Many times people will say they will give a rating after being helped but fail to do so. I'm glad you've gotten so many good ratings. It's a shame about the one bad rating, although they do happen, no matter how good the help provided was.
I'm glad you two had a nice walk. Any exercise is better than nothing.

@DaddyEvil Yes. Sam still aware. Maybe tired of the walk. I don't know, I can't sleep well. My wife already turn on the AC. She started getting mad already. Lol.

@DaddyEvil That's a good rating. Yes, too sad for that one bad rating because of the process of late delivery. And I can't do anything about that. I did all my best but still gave me 0 score.

My day started early today with a free money from ecpay they sent to my Gcash for reasons I don't know why but just thankful that they gave me 1000. Then I had one early morning online meeting and then several phone calls to my people assigning them which area of the building they're supposed to be working on as some workers are absent. Its' difficult when workers don't report to work.

@rebelann I'm working in a chat as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes. After each char conversation, were sending an email to the customer about our assistance to them. Promoter men's they rated me 9/10 or 10/10. Passive means they gave 7/10 or 8/10. Then detractor when they gave 6/10 or below.

@rebelann Yes. It affects. If you're a customer, it will not affect to you. Me as a customer service representative, as I've reviewed my previous conversations giving me passive (6 or 7), they're all good conversations but maybe I'm not perfect. That's why we're asking before closing the chat "Is there anything else?" Majority of the customers, "none" or "nothing". And also giving a praise that I appreciate your help. But in the end still giving 6 or 7.
