Tuesday, my yarns were delivered. It's my first time to use this indophil yarn. Indophil is the name they call for this acrylic yarn that is locally available and commonly used by most crochet enthusiast.
It's cheap, comes in a variety of color, and it's softer than other acrylic brands. I have used another brand of acrylic before and it wasn't as soft as this indophil one. It's really easy to work on it, better than the spun poly. One cake comes in 200g and I could make a lot of projects with it. I ordered a total of 1.2kg. I'll be practicing some projects with this yarn before moving to a much more expensive comb and fine cotton yarns.

True. I have done one bucket hat with it and one bikini top. Not finished with the cropped top yet.

There are people here selling yarn from Australia and yes they aren't cheap at all. And a friend from Australia told me that yarns there are really expensive.

A lot of patience indeed. I have finished a bikini top and I'm satisfied with it. Now continuing with a crop top. I don't like making sweaters especially with indophil as they're too thin and would take me forever to finish a sweater. So a crop top in small size is ok.

Yes and that's what has been keeping me away from here the whole weekend.

I have never crocheted before but I am glad you are enjoying this new yarn. My mother and my daughter both crochet. Please post about what you make with it when you are done.
