A Walk with my dad

Hello myLot! So it is 9am so we just got home like an hour ago so yesterday we jog 5.13km. So now we have jog more longer 6.36km, (but we take the same route)
you wonder how that happen? so yesterday after we bought cake we ride a (Electric Jeep) so the cake's icing wont melt. so that is why. the 5.13 is only going to the market and a meter walk going home after the ride.
So now we did 6.36km is because the ride we supposed to have. we walk like literally no ride. so yea that make sense,
Tomorrow I said to my dad to jog like 10km so like 5km going and 5km going back.
Idk if he will, cuz its his dayoff so he might sleep all night and woke up so late (It is his birthday tomorrow so yea)
I am also glad that my waistline got 37 as I measure it. and my 4day exercise following the youtube exercise thing.
while dieting and walking (I feel like I am having abs under my fat belly
) Cuz when I press it like have small rock in it. lol

That's great but see your father is not of your age so he may not be able to jog the same distance that you can.
I had a normal day at work. I got late reaching the office because of the traffic jam. It was a tough day because many of the workers were absent. After all, we had a festival yesterday so they might not be willing to come to the workplace.

@DevMrSamEleazar Not lazy exactly. Many people live outside the city so they went home and as we have a holiday again on 14th and 15th also so they didn't return as they would have to go again to their home.

thanks! Oh in fact he is the one leading. (We mostly just walk and not jog) so yea I catch up. Cuz he lead and I am slow

No, I wasn't wondering, but thank you for explaining it anyway. 
Yeah, 10 km is a long way to jog when it's your birthday and you feel lazy. 
I think you got rocks in your head, but you're still funny, so I won't tell anyone else that. 
I got a shower and Pretty pulled my hair into a ponytail at the back of my neck so it won't get in the way of the doctor looking at my eyes. We rode to the doctor's office and spent too much boring time there, then we came home. I made sloppy joes, ate two of them and went to sleep. When I woke up for a pee break, I opened myLot and have been talking with friends since then.
Pretty says you might like a picture of me with my hair pulled into a ponytail... I don't know why but I didn't let her take one yet.

Good question. I do not know right now. Well no, I do have some things I need to sort out and fix. But it's quite a list. One for sure is losing weight. Or at least getting myself motivated to be in a more healthy lifestyle.

My father passed away when I was fairly young.
Whatever you do, cherish your time together, it all goes by very fast. I'm glad you spend time together
