I Can Jump Again

After 2 weeks of agony and limping my ankle is definitely healing now I can do more walking and exercise. My boyfriend and I aim to do it twice a day. Yesterday while I was playing reggaeton music and cooking, I even found myself skipping and jumping to a song yesterday. And best part is it didn't hurt! I wonder if its the daily swims that helped me with this. Looking forward to getting back in shape. And doing more activities on foot.

No jumping to music allowed in my house, it makes the needle on the record jump.

@PhredWreck haha what's so special in the living room?

@flapiz It would probably be okay as long as you didn't do it in the front living room.

That's a beautiful scene. Did you or your boyfriend take it? I'd love seeing that in person. I'm glad your ankle is doing better now. And yeah, swimming is an activity that a therapist will suggest you do to help an ankle heal.

I took that with very high zoom on my phone. Thus not too sharp. That's during one of our walks. I am glad it is healing. I actually thought I broke it badly cause it took too long to recover.

@flapiz Oh, nice! It looks good no matter how you choose to see it. Just be glad it's healing and you get to exercise it in the ocean.

Happy to hear that you are finally healing. But do yourself a favor when you do get fully healed, don’t go out and get hurt again!

@flapiz The local hospital should just set you up with your own personal (and permanent) room, due to you getting hurt so much! haha

@porwest True. Now when it hurts I just sush it. It's not as bad now it is just dull pain. I think the muscles may have shortened a bit from inactivity.

I have been missing here a lot lately due to all offline obligations and also now seasonal viral flu in the last few days. I am not sure what happened to your ankle. I hope that you recover really soon and be back in shape soon. That's a lovely picture. Thanks for sharing.
