I went to the supermarket for groceries this morning. There's a big promotion for salmon. Salmon is expensive here. I bought six salmon fillets. I love salmon - sashimi, sushi, grilled or fried. It is tasty and nutritious. It is a great source of protein, Omega-3 fats, vitamin A, B12, D and various minerals. Do you like salmon? How do you cook it?

I do. I will only eat salmon out of the can but if it is fresh I must bake it superbly or I will not eat it.

I sometimes have canned salmon too. It is equally delicious to me.

Salmon is yummy and nutritious. My husband would get it whenever we get hold of fresh ones in the store. We don't get it quite often and it's a bit pricey too.
We have it baked or fried. Also sometimes in a curry. It tastes yummy in every preparation.

Salmon is only available in metro cities in malls in India. I haven't ever tasted it.

I love salmon, prefer it to be baked. I do not like sushi at all, no matter what kind of fish you put in it. Unusual for me to not like a food as I love to cook and try everything, but I don't like sushi. Salmon is fairly pricey here.

I don't love it, but I eat it sometimes since it is so healthy. I just had some this week as a matter of fact. A friend of mine loves salmon though, and eats it almost daily.

I usually just fried them. Haven't tried putting a maple ginger sauce over them.

I'm allergic to fish but Pretty likes tuna so she wanted to try salmon one day. It isn't terribly expensive so we bought some. She tried frying it but didn't like it. So it went into the trash.

I love it and I cook it all those ways. I love it fried with just a bit of butter and the cleaned skin. I specially love to eat the crusty skin.
