Someone was singing at midnight!

Shenzhen, China
August 14, 2022 12:15am CST
yesterday midnight when i was going to sleep, someone was singing by microphone with a set of audio equipment. His location is near my house, which is a public outdoor park, some mid-aged women dance at th park normally, and someone sang there.if it was earlier,i never complain the guy was singing, however for that moment,it was 12:30PM,i think most people were sleeping back then, don't know why the guy was so excited that he was singing loudly all the time,he didn't consider whether his song will disturb other's sleep at all.I wanna call a police as a result of the noise from the singer, don't know whether police will deal with this cirsumstance,Finally i fell asleep with the noise, don't know how i made it.Hope today the unpleasant singer didn't appear.Did you ever meet such a tricky situation, how did you stop the singer from singing at midmight.

In Serbia it happens all the time. People blast music until the wee hours of the night. Some call the police most don’t. In China it happened in the morning. I would get woken up at 6am with loud music and fireworks(if a new store was opening). Honestly I don’t mind either. It’s a temporary situation and usually there is a reason (celebration) so I’m okay with it. I put my ear plugs in or music on my head phones and I’m good to sleep or go back to sleep lol.

Where are you living,Serbia or China?here the situation is the other way round,at early morning it's very quiet here, because people in this city were used to sleep late, and getting up late.Someone like staying up late. Thus, there hardly are people on the street at weekend's early morning,on the contrary,it's very busy at evening.

@jefferson126 I live in Zambia now. In China was living in Liaoning province for 6 years. Lived in some small places and Shenyang. And yeah in the smaller places grannies would dance in the morning before 7 am and also fireworks for new stores also in the morning. In Shenyang it was different. Grannies would dance in the evening and the fireworks would be around 9-10am. Also public transport would stop at 6pm lol (in the smaller places). Could never get used to it.

If he is loud enough to disturb other people's rest, the law should intervene. Perhaps he was drunk.

No respect to people around in deep sleep. They could be charged for public disturbance. It's so weird they're still awake.

In Hong Kong, it is an offence for a person between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., or at any time on a general holiday to make any noise which is a source of annoyance to any person.

If it's not done frequently and there's a cause for celebration for the person, I would tolerate it. But if it's being done daily or very often, I would call in the police for public disturbance. But none of my neighbors are like that. We are all considerate of each other. It's only during parties that they do that. but often the singing would stop before the wee hours of dawn. So everyone is happy about it.

It is certainly annoying to be kept from sleep. Here, the police would do nothing about that.

Maybe the police think that thing is not within their responsibility, another division of government should be responsible for the circumstance.

Here, people are not allowed to do that after 10 PM. They should be reprimanded if they violated the rules.

someone didn't behave themselves, even violate the rules on purpose.Maybe police should give them a lesson, then they will obey rules consciously.
