Creepy Thing I saw on internet

So While I was scrolling through the internet (Facebook) I see a video of creepy things.
and it said that if you woke up between 2-3am there is a 90% Chance someone is staring at you. 
Idk if that is real but I hope its not. cuz come on I keep on waking up between them,
Like before I become a nightowl (Means before I got here in mylot) and now I woke up between them cuz I need for school things. but hmm I wonder if that is real or fake.

@luisga814 Yeah, he left me a pm but I was asleep when he was online. (I went to sleep around 11 am, my time and didn't wake up until 5 pm, my time.)

Well, it MIGHT be true... The ghost sits on my bed and stares at me while I'm asleep.
