It never seems to fail I have always at least two most of the time a lot more projects I'm working on at one time. Like right now I'm crocheting two throws for my daughters and one for our sofa. I always coming up with ideas. Do you work on one project at a time or multiples?

I work on two or three projects, but I try to focus on one at a time.

@sweerie_banana I start several projects, but then I only focus on one. It is the only way to have it completed.

@AutmnBlu Same as you, if I only have one project running I feel bored.

When I'm crocheting, I always finish one before starting on another. On reading books, I usually am reading two at the same time.

@AutmnBlu I read like that because I used to have one book on my bedside table and one book I took with me everywhere I went. Now, I read ebooks and they are all on my phone or tablet.

@sweerie_banana When I was little, the doctor told my mom to teach me how to crochet because I needed something to do with my hands all the time. So I learned to crochet when I read books or watched television. No, there are a lot of people who don't know how to crochet.

Crochet is one thing I don't do. Like you, though, I tend to have multiple projects on the go at once. I've tried very hard to limit things and to finish one thing before starting another. I'm getting better - I only usually have three things going on at a time now, and I finish one of them. I'll have a 'big' project, an 'immediate' project, and a 'do this when I'm in the mood' project. Currently, I'm working on my long-term project (writing a book), short-term project (writing articles), and actually don't think I have any craft projects underway - unless you count the ones I gave up half-finished because they got lost in the shed. I did well, I think, making four different wood projects that I completed over 2 days recently!

Lately in these years, I can only do one at a time.

I design and make jointed teddy bears and other critters. I must have about 50 of them cut out and waiting for me to sew them together and finish them. I am also teaching myself to tat. I already can knit and crochet. Once in a while I get the wild thought to sew clothes for myself. It seems like most artistic (or crafty) people always are thinking WAY ahead of their hands.

I usually alternate between one project and another so I don't get bored of working on them. I do crochet, too!

I take a few simultaneously. Especially if it's a bigger one, I might loose the motivation in between. It is better to finish the smaller ones in the break and come back to the bigger one.
