Yes, I will always check the expiry dates on food and medicines before I use them, and if they are out of date, out they go! I don't do it so much with cleaning supplies, though.

That's a good idea but I must admit I don't do it too often. Not with standard pain-killers etc. I would check more carefully with prescription medicines.
