Whats for supper?

I made a recipe I really like super stuffed potatoes. I got it a long time ago out of a Kraft food magazine. cae, but basically you cook some ground hamburger or turkey in my case, add some velveeta cheese, tomato, green onion and sour cream. You add the last ingredients after you have cooked everything else and put them on a microwaved baked potato. This is a suprisingly tasty combo and one I always enjoy. What is going on your table tonight?

Something tasty I am sure. Roomie gave me some frozen taquitos about six months ago he didn't want. I might have eaten 4 of them.

@snowy22315 Usually I make whatever Pretty wants, as long as it's something I will eat, too. If she wants something I won't eat, she knows how to cook, too.

@LadyDuck A new fridge is exciting. I hope everything works well. I had a horrible time with this one when it was new. It kept breaking down, and I had to have 3 repairmen out to fix it. Of course they were all covered by the warranty. The last guy who came out put in a new control board, and it has been fine ever since..about 12 years now.

@snowy22315 We have a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage (we bought "just in case"), but it is smaller than the one that was in the kitchen. This is why I consumed what was taking more space. Now everything is stored in the fridge in the garage, until next Tuesday when the new one will be delivered.

Well, first of all, the super stuffed potatoes sound heavenly! I'm a huge baked potato fan anyway, and when you add the things in the recipe, it sounds delicious! We had Italian Wonderpot for supper. It's kind of like spaghetti, but instead of spaghetti sauce, you put diced tomatoes in. Also, instead of hamburger or sausage, you use spinach. It puts you in mind of spaghetti, but it's also very different. We all enjoyed it!

No, it's not my recipe. The only recipe I've ever written is my lasagna recipe, LOL! I got the Italian Wonderpot recipe from the following link: The recipe has the title "Tomato Spinach One Pot Pasta," but it used to be named "Italian Wonderpot." But it's the same thing. It was really delicious!

@CarolDM Oh yes, they are very versatile. I am going to make a campers omelet sometimes over the next several days which is eggs, bacon potato, onions and peppers. So yummy.

It sounds tasty. I have been wanting to make enchiladas. but the weather has been pretty warm for that. Maybe in about a week it will be better for using the oven.
