Waiting for the salary

Good morning rainy Sunday. It's 10:17am here in the Philippines.
Do you feel the same of being tired waiting for your salary to show in your bank account?
Although, our original schedule of salary is every 5th and 20th of the month.
I don't know how it feels, the excitement of waiting for the salary today at 4th of September. Why wait in the 4th if the original schedule should be 5th?
We received a memorandum last Thursday that a 90% possibility of receiving the salary for the 5th will be showing in our bank account on the 4th. Good to know that.
How about the 10%? What's that mean?
I wanted to have it right now on a Sunday so that we can buy the basic needs today instead of tomorrow that I'll be sleeping all day because of my night work shift on Monday evening.

@sjvg1976 Some sort. It is just, we're paid by the hour. And there some instances that my internet is not good. They deducted with that.

The other 10% means just in case they can't actually put the money in your account on the 4th.

Expecting a salary and the possibility of it being credited to your account is indeed a big blessing. Think of those unemployed people who cannot expect any centavo on a regular schedule.

So you got paid twice a month? When I was working full time, we got paid once a month, usually at the end of the month, on the 25th or 26th of each month.
