Well, hey, never say never. I was just seriously thinking about going to bed last night. Just starting to lock the front door. A car!! There was somebody parking kind of odd in front of the house. I went out and yup, it was my friend. 9:30 pm. Got lost in town but there she was. She'd gone on her mountain hike, had dinner with the friend and hit the road. 77 miles an hour. Here she was. Friend and I had a good day at the writer's conference. Spent most of the day listening to a guy tell us facts in a motivational speaker way. I made a friend so this coming week I probably am going to carpool with the lady to another writer's gettogether in a town about an hour south of me. We are just back from dinner at an Indian restaurant. Friend and hubby are walking the dogs. I am pretty pooped but sitting here with Beau Teak Siamese. Tomorrow friend and I go back to the last day of the writer's conference. Tomorrow the classes will be more diverse. Anyway, have a nice day whatever you are up to.
