Boneless Pork Chops For Dinner

I usually buy boneless pork chops. Sometimes I get the bone-in. Easier to eat the boneless in my opinion. I bread them and use many different spices.
Decided on baked pork chops, mashed potatoes with butter and green beans for dinner this evening. Skipped the biscuits this time. Easy to cook and easy to enjoy. All done.
Now I will enjoy the rest of the evening in the screen room. The cats are sleeping of course. The hummingbirds will be leaving soon. I want to enjoy them while I can.

I love boneless pork chops and yours look delicious! Pretty doesn't like them so I rarely buy them. Mashed potatoes and green beens are my favorite sides.

@Juliaacv I would be concerned as well. I would try to find an alternative. I can't think of something unique right now but too bad you can't find small remembrance bags for everyone to take home. I have seen many relate lanterns.

I like chops too but I don't take porks or beef. I just make 2 rotis for dinners and spend watching the TV in the evening.

@Marty1 Rotis are made of brown wheat flour. The dough is divided into balls, rolled and put on the pan to roast sometimes and then showed to the flame directly to puff up. They are soft and healthy.

Those look so good. I saw a great deal on Walmart for boneless chicken tenders for a family pack at only $7.99 at Walmart and tomorrow, when I get my groceries I will order it that pack will last me for many meals. I hope you have a great evening,
