Matt and Megan Pohl who live in Holbrook Massachusetts were at the right place at the right time on Sunday when they were saw a man who was using a wheelchair to get across the railroad tracks on a cement rode when his wheelchair was stuck on the tracks and he could not move at all. The couple managed to get the man in the wheelchair off of the railroad tracks just in time since a train was coming down the tracks that would likely ended the man's life had the couple not took him away from danger. The couple did meet the man that they saved who goes by the name of Jamrac Tidwell who has special needs and is semi-independent. Jamrac who goes by the nickname JT mentioned that he was going to get a cup of coffee at Mary Lou's before he was going to watch a football game with his favorite football team the New England Patriots on Sunday. To add some nice part of this story a Holbrook police officer named Justo Pagan went the extra mile to by JT a cup of coffee after the couple saved him from being hit by a train. The couple that saved JT simply said that they were just doing their work of helping someone in need since they were also going to see the football game on Sunday as well.

Lucky the couple came along to save the life of the guy in the wheelchair. It was nice of the cop to buy the guy a cup of coffee. I hope they all enjoyed the ball game.

I am sure that everyone in Holbrook did enjoy the football game on television since the local team was in Pittsburgh that Sunday.

When I first read the title I thought, holy hell, hopefully the person IN the wheelchair was not dumped just to save the wheelchair.

I was thinking the same thing since I have seen on You Tube the terrible collisions between trains and vehicles on the railroad crossings. The Pohils were able to move the wheelchair off of the railroad tracks in time.

That is so true since trains cannot stop on a dime when they are in close range of a railroad crossing.

Even though the Pohls are being called heroes, they insist they were doing their job to assist someone in need.

This happened to my friend's father-in-law and the train actually clipped his wheelchair. Thankfully he wasn't killed.

They are the first to admit they were just doing their job to be guardian angels of their fellow persons.
