We had really yummy spaghetti and meat sauce for lunch today at the preschool. I made barfing noises while the kids were eating so they wouldn't ask for seconds.
Then I scarfed. It tasted pretty much like what I make when I make spaghetti and meat sauce.
For afternoon snack, I am having chicken broth and a slice of bacon.
I have to teach guitar, bass and piano from 3 PM to 8 PM this evening.

Spaghetti is always good, isn't it? Good call on getting some extra food for yourself, by the way. Brilliant actually. lol
For lunch I had leftovers of some beef pepper steak with pork fried rice, some fried scallops and an egg roll. It was good.

@TheHorse The Salisbury steak was OK but it had pieces of bone in it. I hate that as much as gristle. I felt like I almost broke a tooth.

I had a brunch of Spam sandwich on sourdough toast with mayo and mustard on my Spam. Chips and orange juice too. I got a big green lettuce leaf with my sandwich. Long day for you.

I had some samosa with a cup of fresh milk. I had to take something light cause I am not that hungry.
