Decent Grocery Day

First I stopped at Tractor Supply. They had the cat food. So now the cats wont have to go hungry.
Then I went to Walmart. I got all of my shopping done. Then the greatest surprise of all. There was only one person in front of me in the line. 
So to town, back home and everything put away was only 2 hours. I love that. I do need to go to Marion in 2 weeks to drop some stuff off at Goodwill. But after that I will switch my prescription to the Walmart in Kenton and not have to go to Marion most of the time.
We did get the spaghetti sauce put away this afternoon. All 31 jars sealed great. Then I relaxed until time to go pick the hot peppers. I have 12 bags of those again.
I also have a few things in my shopping cart. I am going to go look through my Christmas presents. And then I will place my order. Hopefully this will finish that shopping.

Some of the bell peppers on our front porch are turning colors now. One is turning a bright orange and another is turning bright yellow. We're watching the others to see what color they turn. One of the plants was supposed to have purple bell peppers on it.

I only hear of you merrily picking your harvest of this and harvest of that What efforts do you put in to get those harvests?

@wolfgirl569 What about enriching the soil? We have to do this each time we plant something new and then there is watering to be done as well.

That town has always been better. But they dont have aRural King and I saved there while I had the chickens.

Cat food is no problem and available what is a problem is cat litter, The Walgreens here is always out so today I got lucky and got a gift card for Amazon and found my cat litter and it will arrive on Monday

I get litter at Walmart and havent had any problems finding it. We only buy the cheap cat food as the house cats eat the dog food and get scraps. The barn cats can hunt to supplement their diet. The stores will have the very high dollar stuff but not the cheap.

Glad you had a good shopping day! I have Walmart as my Ex too. Cats can feast on your cat food soon! Next auction will see your delicious peppers! My day good, laundry done early. Weather is warm and muggy!!
