Finally, my boyfriend was able to cook for our dinner yesterday. It wasn't planned yesterday but just deferred until yesterday. It was actually scheduled earlier. I was about to get sulky because I thought he wouldn't come.
His tasted really good. We enjoyed it and we ate all. Usually, a caldereta has potatoes but he particularly wanted sweet potato instead. He said that he avoids eating carbs. My boyfriend is as health-conscious as I am too. He also has muscular physique even though he doesn't go to the gym. His work makes him to have this type of body.

Sweet potatoes I think are just as many carbs and regular potatoes. If they aren’t they are still carbs at least. My husband really likes sweet potatoes. I like some kinds of ways they are cooked but not how yours are in the photo. Looks like a nice healthy meal!
