The Dude Feels Better Today Thankfully

The Dude was not feeling good all weekend. Throwing up and, well, I will just say, numerous trips to the litter box. Was prepared to take him to the vet today. But he seems much better.
He is eating and drinking. No throwing up and the litter box visits are normal. We were sitting in the screen room earlier, soaking in the sunshine. Brendel is asleep in one of her favorite spots in front of a window.
Hopefully it was like a 24 hour virus he had. So far Brendel seems fine as well. And today has been a gorgeous day. Woke up to 51 degrees this morning. And a slight breeze all day filled with sunshine.
Suppose to be like this all week. Actually took a walk around the block this morning. I talked to a few neighbors I haven't seen in awhile, and their dogs as well.
I hope for any of you in the storm paths, have survived all the storms I have been reading about.

Thankful the Dude is feeling better today. It is hard when our fur babies aren't well. 
It was beautiful here today too. We will probably receive some of the rain from Ian over the weekend into next week the way the models are looking.

I hope Dude is now feeling his best today. Morning walks and talking to neighbors (if they're out) is what I should be doing, as well. I used to with my two younger children. But, they've grown into young teenagers. It's hard to get a hold of them :-(
It's been raining here most days and nights. But today was sunny so I cleaned up the back yard. Now, my lower back is aching. :-)

@CarolDM I'm so happy to know that you live in Florida. I've heard about your State and your bad*** Governor. My brother-in-law and his wife have moved to Florida from New Jersey sometime this month. They have found good jobs there. Yey!!!

The Dude is in the screen room sunshine now, sleeping peacefully. He is great. Thanks for the kind words my friend. My cats are my babies. Both are rescues.
The strong hurricane in Florida is bringing rain to us in a few days. But other than that we have had beautiful weather this week. Finally a break in the heat. That has helped my headaches so much. Take care and don't over do it.

So glad, Dude is okay! Hi Dude & Brendel! Glad you had nice visit with neighbors too. My day nice. Had questions for Medicare, all good now. Got my transportation for Oct 3 teeth cleaning and denture fix so all set. Hoping too, all safe from weather.
