I Want to Ask a Question...

I have seen on several different posts (on here) derogatory comments about President Biden. I am wondering what these posters have seen or heard or whatever that makes them think such things about him. From what basis do these things come? Among the things I wonder about is that I can remember a person I thought I knew back about the time he was inaugurated saying that the person we see isn't really him. It is an imposter and he is-- I don't know where they said he was. Conspiracy theories are always out there and I think it is our job to check their validity before taking them as fact. I do recall one early speech he did where he made a mistake and, believe me, the media snatched that up and ran with it. I know he is older. He is 79 or so. (Nowadays that isn't ancient) I just listened to him do another speech this morning. I thought he did very well. Didn't seem off in the least. So, please, where is all these negative and derogatory remarks coming from? Meanness or are there some facts? Is this the republican's new(?) MO or what?

@NJChicaa ...........How very sad to see your own parents taken over by this. Have been watching things about Qanon and just saw where a follower of Qanon had killed most of his family and the family dog.

EVERYbody makes mistakes, especially when they’re speaking publicly. Who hasn’t heard JFK’s “we choose to go to the moon in this decade (where he pronounced it decayed) and do the other things, not because they are easy but because they are hard” speech. Dan Quayle wanted to add an “E” to the spelling of potato (which, yes, was the way to spell it about 250 years ago). And I personally remember doing a speech in 7th grade where “Trick or Treat for UNICEF” came out as “uni-sh*t.” I’ve heard that Biden has a speech impediment. So what. I’m not voting for speeches, I’m voting for policies. I don’t care for a lot of his policies; however, I’ll give him this: after all the “immigrant flights” DeSantis has made, Biden didn’t play politics, he just okayed the disaster declaration for Florida. I’m also glad the railroad strike was averted earlier this month: not because it was good for Biden, but because it was good for ALL OF US.

Biden had one when a child. DeSantis is an evil puke I think. Biden may be old but I like his traditional values.

It’s just Trump supporters. President Biden has a slight speech impediment and Trump supporters like to make fun of it. They also said he’s a child molester which is completely crazy They do everything possible to criticize the President. Shame on them all.

Some people are just mean. We should have respect for our President, regardless of the party and whether they like him/her or not.

President Biden struggled with a stuttering issue as a boy and sometimes will still stumble a little over a word or two. The sad thing is that the ones in the ‘news’ are fully aware that they are spewing lies when they say he is senile. He’s not a perfect man, there is no such thing, but he, in my opinion, is a good man doing the best he can in the midst of some very challenging times.

I remember reading that. People are so unforgiven. It is hard to realize how mean people can be but I do remember it from my school days. My latest post has a video attached that shows him in a couple of embarrassing situations. Poor guy!

Ever since we can read all sorts of things online, there are just too many stupid things being said and noone is able to put an end to them. There are no laws that stop people who talk about Royalty (for instance) as beings serpents instead of human beings. And that´s just part of it all.

I can understand being curious and checking things out but to go for these idiotic things is just beyond me. I hope I don't make you sick with all the stuff I am posting but I really hope some people will see what Trump is doing. He has Qanon and things like this in his back pocket. They want to imprison and even seem to think that the military will help Trump overthrow the government.

Sorry. I'm not very particular or interested in politics. I'm fed up of dirty politics in our country where crooks and criminals were elected by the electorate who are idiots and stupids lured by vote buying.
