What did you have for breakfast today?

It's a co-worker's birthday today at my friend's preschool. I bought some sourdough bread and some butter (and some Coke, her favorite beverage) for the occasion. Our difficult boss is making an Italian dish for lunch. I'll describe it later. I had bacon, eggs, and some butter-fried sourdough break for breakfast this morning. It was good. I should be able to hold off on snacking until lunch. And I should be able to stay late to enjoy said lunch. I don't have to be at Guitar Center until 3 PM. Did you do anything special for breakfast on this sunny and temperate Tuesday?

Mostly I don't used to have any breakfast. I know its unhealthy, but since starting I am like this. Still I am changing bit, today I had two biscuits with my tea.

@TheHorse It is Wednesday here in Israel so I had a cinnamon roll and some croissant and a minor fast day and so fasting. I hope you enjoyed the feast for the birthday.

@TheHorse I do not eat the whole croissant. I toast both the cinnamon roll and a little bit of the croissant in the toaster oven. They are both good. There is a place I love to get them and they are quite tasty.

It's not that sunny here but it was trying a little while ago. Breakfast consisted of some raspberries from my garden, and some dried fruit and a few chips, and toast and tea. The toast was made with sprouted wheat bread.

It was sunny but in the mid-50s at 6 am when I fed my fishies today. Then I went back to bed. (I had an upset tummy and was running a fever of 101F last night. No, I have no idea what caused it.) I am feeling better now and just ate a cup full of black grapes and ten cherry tomatoes. (I was sipping Sprite most of the night but didn't trust my stomach to hold anything down.) I hope you've enjoyed your day today, pony.

It's Wednesday afternoon here. I was in a rush in the morning to finish a lot before the workers came for renovation. We have to be room arrested for the rest of the day to avoid dust and noise. I could not cook breakfast. We had milk and banana. I made lunch and packed to bring it upstairs.. I will have it in some time. It's one pot rice dish with all colourful veggies and flavours of spices. A version of vegetable biryani that can be made quickly
