Hello, guys! I have time to cook lunch today because I am done with work. It was a simple lunch of dried fish, scrambled eggs, and fried rice. Dried fish is inexpensive and widely available in La Union. I'll be visiting my family next week, so I will bring some dried fish with me. My mother enjoys eating dried fish for breakfast, so I am confident she will be pleased.
Is dried fish popular in your area?

@freelancermariagrace We only use salted cod and sardines, no dried fish.

My brother brought home dried espada fish when he went to Pangasinan. It is so delicious and I like it because it is not very salty

@JudyEv Likewise. We usually have canned sardines, not the fresh one

Wow. That’s nice! What do you usually pair with it? I usually pair dried fish with tomatoes and onions

Dried salty fish used to be quite popular here but not now because people are concerned about the sodium content.
