I eoke up with lots of pain in my knees and my fingers. Fortunatly Anita came early and she is working in the kitchen. And fortunatly too I have everything ready for lunch. So I will just tell Anita what to do and I will place everything in the washing machine. I have at least to loads to do. The sun in shining so my clothes will dry. And the sun will kill whatever was not killed with detergents. I told Anita to wear a mask to clean my room. !7 days have passed since I started the quarantine for the covid, but nobody knows how long the viris will be there. I took my knee pill very early in the morning, so I hope I´ll have less pain later on. See you, friends

That pain is not something I look forward to. Makes me wary of the later years. But from what you mentioned there are meds to manage it.

There are meds to manage it in part. I am taking strong pain killers given to me by the doctor. And next week I will resume my therapy. This is a chronic ailment and it has no cure.
