Good Friday morning everyone, I hope your all doing well today.
I am home today as my doctor took me out of work until next week. I had a sore throat the last 3 days took 2 covid test both negative. I went to the doctor's yesterday as I called in sick & they tested me for Strep, covid again, rsv and influenza and all came back negative. They think it's something viral but not sure what I have.
I have to call today & they will send in medication to help me I only got a few hours of sleep again last night here and there as every time my throat hurts I wake up coughing and cough until my eyes water or I feel I have to vomit. Hoping this will go away soon, I'm sick of it already.
I will enjoy my time at home though & rest whenever possible. I'll hopefully get caught up on some reading as well while I am home too. I'm just glad it's not covid or anything like that.

@Neil43 usually they are my busiest days at work too but i was home sick this week

Glad all that testing came back negative. A viral infection? Ugh!

@celticeagle yeah just a viral infection so I'm on amoxicillin for 5 days.

@queenoflife sounds good. I haven't been able to eat real food in a few days because of my sore throat, but atleast i'm able to eat soup, toast etc and lots of popsicles.
