19 November - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a very good day. Better than I expected. I was up a lot earlier than I expected with going to bed near 11 last night. I was up at 3 this morning. I didn't do much today and more than I expected. I'm thankful for the sleep I got, even though it was only four hours. I took an early nap at 6:30 AM for about 20 minutes. A good power nap. I'm thankful for deciding to go to the community room and ride the bike, even though I didn't plan on it. I got the best time on the bike this week. Stats: Bike 5 Miles, 23:08 Minutes, and burned 126 calories. My speed was 13 MPH. I'm thankful I cleaned today and moved furniture which I'm counting as exercise. It took me about an hour to get the furniture moved so I am ready for my new TV next week. So, the total exercise was 83.08 minutes. I'm feeling every cell of it too. I'm thankful for a movie day with my friend who lives two floors up. I told her about a movie I watched a couple of days ago that I thought she would like. She loved it. She just left. We laughed all the way through Falling for Christmas on Netflix. I'm thankful my food wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had a huge breakfast that carried me through the day with only a fiber bar before the movie began. Breakfast: 1187 Calories, 19 Fiber Snack: 140 Calories, 9 Fiber Total: 1327 Calories, 28 Fiber The fiber is a lot less than I usually do for the day and I hope it's enough. I'm thankful for working on Destination Love. I really wasn't in the mood for writing today, so anything I did was a plus. I'm thankful for the snow this morning when I woke up. It was only flurries, so no accumulation. But it was snowing and that made me happy. I'm thankful someone reminded me about Christmas parades. I turned the TV on just in time to watch the Green Bay Holiday Parade. Okay, that was my day today. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
