Good morning. I'm a little later getting here than usual. It's okay, I was still up at my usual time. Though, I was down for my morning nap before 5:30. I just couldn't keep awake. I got an hour and a half. I feel totally rejuvenated. As soon as I post this, I will head down to the community room and ride the bike. I didn't do that yesterday. So, yesterday was a fantastic day. My friend called to remind me I needed to be at the book club meeting at the ADRC. Yes, I forgot again, but I knew Alexa would alert me in plenty of time. The meeting went great. I sold 8 books. I read the first chapter of Legacy. I had two of those and sold them both. I took orders for two more. I also sold a copy of each of Thread of Evidence and Vendetta, Scarred, Manifest Destiny, Stowaway, and Freedom's Cry. It was a very good day. My grandson texted me earlier to find out if I would be home. Of course, I told him I had no plans for the day. I needed to text him back and tell him I would be out until mid-afternoon. He arrived bearing a turkey. His work gave everyone a turkey for Thanksgiving. He didn't need it as he is on his way to Florida this morning. He's going to Universal with his uncle and cousin. His cousin is playing in a band at the park. He also brought his dog, Mac, and I got some fur baby love. After he left, I called my daughter, his mother, and talked for almost two hours. Fantastic! It's the longest conversation I've ever had with her. We talked about everything. Her birthday in New Orleans was wonderful. She went on a few tours while she was there. She also told me Jayten's cousin was playing in the band at Universal. He didn't tell me that. So, it was a good day yesterday in every way. So were my calories. I totaled 951 calories for the day and 20 fiber. All right, that's the morning brief. Now, to get my exercise taken care of and get back here for the notifications. My son's girlfriend will pick me up when she gets done with work to go Thanksgiving grocery shopping. I also want to finish Love's Illusions today. I finally figured out how to end this one.
