Another beautiful day with sunshine and and a cool breeze. I felt like getting out today for a short walk. I didn’t go far but it felt good to get outside and breath the fresh air. I found more colorful leaves that appeared while I’ve been stuck in the apartment so I snapped a few pictures. I looked the mailbox while I was out and found my ballot waiting to be filled out and mailed in. I’ll do that in the morning.The deadline is December sixth. Hope all my Mylot friends had a good day and a chance to get out and smell the fresh air. The picture I’m attaching is the prettiest colors I found today.

I'm glad you were able to get out. We've shut up the house for the day as it's predicted the temperature will rise to 36C which is pretty hot.

It sounds so weird, you talking about the heat and we’re talking about the cold. Actually summer weather sounds pretty good to me right now.

The Tree leaf colors look so beautiful and gracious! The Sunlight filtering through these leaves can give ideas for writing one or two poems. However we have to go for a Doctor's appointment today. Going for such doctor visits and Poetry/Writing are totally out of sync!!

I just wonder what some famous authors would have done to describe such a situation. I believe now you would be having colder and wetter weather!

@RubyHawk At times if some clouds persist after the rains, an effect is created which in fact can raise the temperature.

Yes, we’ve had two solid days and nights of rain. It cleared a bit this evening and I went for an hours walk after being cooped up two days. All the beautiful colors are gone.

The pic of the tree is so beautiful, it looks like a painting. Glad you had a refreshing walk. I just came from outdoors as I went night strolling with my grandkids. The air is cool here too, but not many trees only business establishments and no safe sidewalk but we managed. At least, I've walked a little bit for my exercise. I need to do it every day.

That's a lovely picture. All of our trees are bare. The temperatures have been fairly mild for this time of year. I hope we don't pay for it later!

Most leaves here are brown that’s why I was surprised to find these near the leasing office. You can see the trees behind them are bare.
