Weather did not permit

Half way to Safeway, as I was riding the bus, saw drizzle in the bus window. Hmm, maybe I should head home.
Got off midway, which is the library stop. Gazed towards Safeway and See's candy shop...dark forbidding rain clouds were around them. Homeward was sunny.
After a few minutes I decided to come home. I only finished my Foodland Supermarket shopping today, which was all weather permitted, today.
