Ever since my sister gave me a Nutribullet Go, I've been trying fruit cocktails and smoothies. It's a nifty little thing that charges via a usb cable and operates without needing to be connected to a power source.
Today I threw in some papaya, banana and dragonfruit with some cold milk and sugar to create this. It tasted well and I made it thick. I'm sure it will fatten me a little too!
Could I call this healthy??!!

The fruits you used are all good for you and healthy but it really depends on how much sugar you added and your overall health.

Yes, honey would be a better choice over processed sugar.

It's a healthy drink as long as you didn't put in too much sugar.
