I haven´t done much today but my ear hurts and it bothers me. I want to wait until Thursday as I have to put drops i my ears until then. I am also very uncomfortable. I don´t dare wash my hair because the doctor said that if I used even water near it, I would have to use cotton (I agree with that) and then seal the cotton in my ear with vaseline

I decided that I would not wash my hair for a week. But it is summer and in this season we want to wash our hair a lot more often than in winter. I first though to see him tomorrow but I am sure it will only be like throwing my monry away. He will not say anything different. I will wait until Thursday. I hope that by then the ear problem will have subsided. Good night, friends. Sleep tight.

Hope you feel better soon. I get used to washing my hair daily. Otherwise, it would be very sticky. I may use a dry shampoo if I were in your situation.

@Beestring My hair is very dry ever since the chemotherapy. My whole skin grew very old after that.

I hope you feel better quickly. I wouldn't like waiting for a week to wash my hair but I wouldn't want Vaseline on/in my ear, either.

@marguicha There you go! That should work. Just try not to cause much inward air pressure when you put them in or it might cause more pain.

@DaddyEvil I finally did not find them. So I used cotton. Not even the cotton got wet. I was careful.

I have an ear infection. I already went to the doctor and he gave me drops that have antibiotics.

I hope you get better soon. Yes, it's uncomfortable when you don't feel well. Ears are very sensitive and when they ache your whole body is affected. Take care and get better soon.

It sounds so weird to seal your ear with Vaseline, but better to follow what the doctor suggested.

I was thinking about looking for some ear plugs I have somewhere. I will not seal my ears with vaseline. I´m sure that I will put vaseline even in my hair

I prefer to wait before I wash my hair. This is when I thank that my hair is dry.

I shave my head, and I shampoo every time I take a shower! (I DO use 'a body wash' (liquid soap), so it's not like I buy shampoo AND soap; but still ...) I wonder what the difference is between them ... there's probably a discussion of THAT somewhere (on myLot, on Quora, I dunno) ... or not
