Whenever I Fill The Twinge

United States
December 7, 2022 9:32am CST
I was making up my bed, and felt the twinge in my back, which means do something else. It seems that it doesn't take much for it begins to get stiff. So I decided to post here, and write a few recipes, anything where I am off my feet. I used to keep going, but that action would land me in bed. So, I've learned to take it in strides. I've learned to adapt. But everyone has something, it could be worse. See you later.

That’s what I tell my pulmonologist, I’ve finally learned to live with asthma. Some days it takes me 20 minutes to walk a mile at the gym track; other days, it takes me 20 minutes to walk a LAP. You’re very wise to listen to your body and plan accordingly. One thing that you discover as you get older is that dang near anything can wait. (And I’m facing the wrestling match with the bedsheets today myself. ) Have a great day!!

Jay is at a doctor's appointment this morning, to alleviate his back issues. Surgery? We still don't know.

@popciclecold Surgery to put a spacer between those two vertebrae, the pain would be gone.

It's good that you can recognise when it's time to stop and take a break.
