Master bath remodel is over

Our master bath remodel is finally over yet we are still showering in the basement. Gotta get myself to clean the bathtub before we use the master bath. And we don’t have any shelving for the tub, to store the body wash, sponge, etc. yet either.
And we still don’t have the replacement medicine cabinet door (the bigger one) that we ordered after the contractor ended up cracking the original one when he was installing the medicine cabinet. We were told the wait would be 90 days, maybe longer. We ordered it end of October I think and store hasn’t called us yet. Guess that means it’s not here yet. It cost $150 + tax. Thankfully the contractor deducted that amount from what we owed him.
Can’t say I totally dig the look of the new bathroom, mainly the look of the floor tile and how the grout work came out. Maybe it will just take getting used to. Certainly better than the old bathroom was.

@lovebuglena Oh oh. What is bothersome if I go in there to take dump and then wash my hands? I look forward to your thoughts on my Christmas Post . I am on the floor, bowing before a single candle right now.

It felt roomier when mirrors where on the walls.

What do you mean the picture is not straight? I held the camera straight when I took picture.

@lovebuglena Maybe but better than a tiny pinhead one.

@JudyEv that’s for sure. Don’t like tiny shower heads.

I'd say congrats, but it seems like you still have a few setbacks to work through which kind of sucks, but that's life for you I suppose.

I didn't really want to go through with it. It was my mom's idea. And technically the bathroom was in need of a remodel.

I think it looks lovely. I hope the rest of what needs to be done goes smoothly. We have a small shower in the master bedroom. We bought one of those things that hangs from the shower head to put the soap, shampoo, etc. on. That might do temporarily for you. They come in all sorts of configurations.

Wonder if that would fit on out shower arm. The shower head is huge though. Would have to unscrew it to put that thing on.

@lovebuglena They have different sizes and shapes. I'm sure you could find one to fit. Good luck.
