My Anxiety Level is Sky Hight Right Now

I want to throw things and scream. My daughter and I both have Tracfones(cell phones). I don't know what my daughter has done to hers but it is very difficult to navigate around on it. She has scads upon scads of games and other stuff on it so when you go to find something it is next to impossible. I tried to delete a bunch of them thinking it would be easier to navigate. I couldn't even do that. I had my grandson clear a bunch of them but it is still weird. The font is huge and it is just very hard to figure out. So, anyway... I was trying to help my daughter get the bank app on her phone. That went relatively easily. Her bank debit card keeps getting hacked into. She will go over to the convenience store to buy something and the transaction won't go through and she is told the card is unusable. (can't think of the term) Back about four days ago this had happened, we called the bank and she just received her new card. The previous bank rep we talked to told us there was a function whereby my daughter can turn off the card when she isn't using it. She told me how to get to the right place to set it up and I wrote it down but I cleared out my papers last night and must have thrown it away. So, I go on her app, sign in, and can't find where I need to go to set this function set up. I called the bank, had to wait to on hold for several minutes, and finally get a rep on the phone. I do my best in explaining to her what I need help with and her come back is that I need to go to the fraud department. So I explain again. Finally, she gets it and she proceeds to tell me that she can take over the app and do it. So I ask her to hold on a moment while I sign in. I go back to talk to her and SHE HAS HUNG UP ON ME. I refuse to call back again. I have had enough of dealing with her phone and the app and people for one day.
