Mother Moose and Baby Reunited

A moose upon the Washington River broke through the ice and could not get back out. People who saw the moose struggling with the baby calf nearby looking helplessly on called for help. Like a Christmas miracle, the moose was recused and reunited with her calf and they were able to leave on their own. It was wonderful to read that the baby calf did not get scared off and waited for mom to be rescued and was reunited with her. It leaves a heartwarming feeling. You can read more about this here.
