9 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today is a good day. I got up at 2 AM excited to get back to the pool. I got my Bible study done and sent it out this time before I left for the pool. Yesterday, I forgot to send it out until after I got home from church. My pastor let me know he didn't get it.
I'm thankful for the wonderful workout in the pool this morning. I got 45 minutes in the pool and 15 minutes in the hot tub. It felt wonderful. I don't count laps, so I don't know how many I did. When it came to noting the information on Exel, I went to a site that gave me stats for my weight.
I'm thankful for the exercise group. We did the longer 45-minute video this morning. It felt good. We'll see how that goes on Wednesday. Though then it will be the shorter video.
I'm thankful for the workout on the stationary bike, even though my phone with the walking app fell out of my pocket and I hurt my rib trying to pick it up. One of the ladies still in the community room picked it up for me. I still did quite well on the bike.
I'm thankful for the nap I got this afternoon before lunch. It felt good, even with my sore rib.
Here are yesterday's stats. It's easier to give you the day before as I'm still getting the stats together for today.

Walking - 7900 steps, time - 76 minutes, Miles - 1.5, Calories Burned - 319.6
Bike - 5 Miles, 22.53 Minutes, 126 Calories Burned, Heart Rate - 143, Speed - 13.1/53 MPH
Food:
1702 Calories
Total with calories burned - 1256.4
Today's weight is 206.4 - down from 211.4 last week. My goal is one pound per week. I lost five. 
Yesterday I upped my steps from 6K to 7K. I have over half right now.

@just4him January is usually pretty mild as far as winter months go for Florida. But, having sunshine today was helpful.

I woke up at 2 AM so I could get my Bible study done before I left for the pool. I always start my day with Bible study. It makes everything go so much better when I do. I also got other work done on the computer before I left and watched the weather so I would know what to expect when I walked out the door.

@just4him Oh the snow was gone;...but the rain did freeze over night. Least the roads were good to go out of town to my appointment today

I am grateful that my order of a print cartridge that I ordered last Wednesday came in this afternoon. I am also grateful for the nice weather and the garbage trucks showing up this afternoon to remove the trash that was on the sidewalk was picked up.

Yesterday I'm thankful that I got to do some yoga and some online work done. I'm thankful that I got the covid tests in the mail again. I'm also thankful that my curtains that I ordered had been shipped.

I am thankful for God never leaves my side. I was having a rough mood and grief from my relationship lost due to broken trust. I tried talking with someone online and thankfully there is one person who listen to me. Today I am thankful that my friends answer my calls when I need them. I hope I can go through the grief.
