My grandson Daniel came for dinner last night. He was in charge of bringing a movie and he would make pop corn from scratch.
He arrived at 10 pm and between eating and talking it got very late. I don´t have problems with staying late so that after dinner he installed the movie and made a HUGE pot of pop corn that we ate entirelly.
I had told him to get The Dirty Dozen (1966), a war movie that has not aged at all. Although it did not get any of the mayor awards at the time, it has been placed in the top 100s in thrillers.
I had the tens going at the beginning of the movie and ate so much pop corn

No, I don't watch war movies. And I also don't eat popcorn. (I get the little bits of popcorn shells stuck between my teeth. *shrug*)

These last years I have had some teeth problems derived I guess from age. My teeth are more sensible and meat and other food gets between them. I suppose that that is one of the reasons why I am eating less meat now. I hate getting old!!!

It was very special to watch it with my grandson, both of us in my bed with the pop corn pot ai one side. I was generous and got out my Jack Daniels

Daniel came to dinner VERY late and then we went on talking. After that he washed the dishes, made the pop corn and installed the movie to watch at my TV.

I have watched it, but it has been a long time.
