Have You Ever Heard Of Brown Noise? / myLot

While wstching the news today. Tge announcer announced about something called Brown noise. I had never heard if it. It is used for people who suffer from ADHD. Suppose to help them to focus, and sleep. I had heard of white noise, and have used rain and thunder storm in YouTube to help sleep. So tonight, I think I'll give a try, seeing my mind is all over the place. I found it YouTube. Have you ever heard of it before?

Never have heard of it. I am not even sure I believe ADHD is actually a thing.

I had not heard of ADHD until a few years ago . Maybe it is a modern problem or an ailment that did not have a name before, like lots of things these days.

No, I have not ever heard of brown noise. Our daughter-in-law has a device that plays white noise for the babies, it worked particularly well when they were really tiny. I would be interested in learning more about this and will ask her.

Well, I just heard it today, and looked on YouTube, and it was there. Seems to have been around for awhile.

I don’t know if I could tell what noise is supposed to be what color, but I have heard of brown noise. It’s supposed to be good for tinnitus, as is white noise.

I have read articles about it. Usually it is described as deep, static rumble, like the low roar of a jet engine. That is all I know.

I have heard of brown noise. Brown noise plays lower frequencies louder and high frequencies softer. It's supposed to be a better mix of noises to fall asleep to, because it can support sleep and relaxation.

I have not heard of this before. Maybe it would be a good thing if it helps people with their problems. I have heard of White Noise, but I do not know much about it. I am sure I have heard something about White noise mentioned in TV shows about the supernatural, but I could be getting this muddled up with something else.
