Deceptive ways of marketing strategies and appointing marketing professionals

Most private companies, even banks and insurance use deceptive tactics to trap customers as well as employees to do this deceptive job of trapping customers. They have started using strange names like- mentor, supervisor and so on. They usually contact and try to trap people who don't have any idea of marketing or banking or insurance.
A few days back a lady from "Kotak Mahindra Insurance " called me and said that they wanted me to be a mentor of their marketing professionals. After two three days one of their officials had a video call with me through zoom and said that they wanted to appoint me as their supervisor who had to recruit my own team and get use them for marketing their products. Today they wanted to have another meeting to show me some presentations. Though I received the zoom link I didn't join the meeting and didn't respond to their calls.
The strange thing is if some products are good they don't need much marketing tricks. The customers gets attracted to them automatically. For example my voltas fridge lasted for thirty years. I want to purchase a new one and would like a big voltas fridge.
Schools these days are not interested in the knowledge of the teachers but wants them to work them more as marketing professionals.
Let sellers concentrate more on the quality of their products and services than on marketing.

It's the same in India. It's very difficult to get your claims released. Whereas in Denmark, Copenhagen my son's insurance company pays even for his teeth cleaning which is not available in India.

Yes, that's what the customers have to be aware of and employees too who are duped into a job without pay.

That's true but free gifts are at times deceptive. Their cost is included in the sold item.

This is an idiotic trick of the manufacturer which is making the customers lose faith in the manufacturer and seller and keep trying new products.
