19 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

I have so much to be thankful for today.
I'm thankful for the sleep I got last night. Five and a half hours. It looks like it's back to normal hours.
I'm thankful for the snow. It's so beautiful! I'm going to guess at 4 inches.
I'm thankful for the steps I got so far today. Over 5000. I will need to do the other three thousand the easy way. I can no longer walk. My back is seizing. I managed to get to my Ibuprofen, but it wasn't easy. I'm going on the massage pad on the recliner as soon as I finish this post.
I'm thankful for Ibuprofen. I should start feeling relief soon. I don't know why my back is seizing.
I'm thankful for making a snowman today. It's my first in many years.
I'm thankful I got the laundry done this morning. It was folded and put away before I went down to play Canasta.
I'm thankful for Canasta. It was a lot of fun today. There were eight of us, so two tables and all teams. My winning streak is over.
I have a lot to be thankful for. My back will heal for which I'm very thankful.

@just4him I will be enjoyed the warm weather now since next week after a shower comes this weekend, some cooler weather comes for the next week.

We got snow too! I so pretty to wake up to this morning It has pretty much melted off now. A warm bath with Epsom salts might help your back. Hope you are better soon. It's your Canasta night, huh? Hope you win.

Maybe you turned wrong while building the snowman. Hope your back feels better fast. That is a lovely view since it isn't here.

Sounds like a good day, minus the back pain. That's never fun! I know the feeling, some days I can't stand too long without being in pain. Hopefully your back will feel much better soon.

I am thankful you got snow, and we didn't. Thankful the stormed psssed, and we had no problems. Thankful, to want to do the things that I love to do, and thankful for things being as well with me they are. Hope your back gets better. I know how that is. Just thankful to be thankful, sometimes I wasn't, but have learned to be thsnkful. Enjoy the snow.
