Do You Think That Alec Baldwin Should be Charged?

On October 21, 2021, Alec Baldwin allegedly shot Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, in an accidental shooting on the set of the movie "Rust" being shot in New Mexico. She died. He is facing 18 months if found guilty. He also wounded director Joel Souza on this same occasion but he survived. Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer on the set, was also charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. This happened during a rehearsal.
That would be a tough one to figure out. If Baldwin is also guilty that is. I think that Reed should be charged definitely. Not sure about Baldwin. If charged he could do 18 months. What are your thoughts on this sad occurrence?

In my opinion he is guilty and I agree with @DaddyEvil, he had to check if the pistol was unloaded before using it.

@celticeagle - I would have checked for sure before pointing to someone and firing. Errors may happen.

They haven't. It is just coming up now. They took this long to do their investigation.

I vaguely remember this. The armorer should definitely be charged but like you, I'm not sure about Alec.

I don't think Baldwin should be charged, although he should have checked the bullets in the chamber.
