Work Onsite

I don't know what to say. I want to throw up with the news I got today.
Though I anticipated it already, I still can't believe I need to report back onsite.
I need to look for an apartment where I can stay for 3 months. My leader promised me that I can go back to work at home set up after 3 months, if. I won't tell you the details.
I am still dizzy with the news.

I understand your situation as many are experiencing anxiety brought about by returning back to normal again. Even my wife is showing those despite they have been reporting back face-to-face Monday - Thursday and Fridays are still online. I have been reporting back to work on Mondays - Wednesdays already although I still enjoy my WFH every now and then.

That's hybrid schedule for you there. I am going to report to the office 5 days a week.
It's okay maybe it's about time to go out in the open. Lol. Plus I have been going to Manila every Sunday to travel is not new to me.

@jobelbojelI've heard on certain TV shows that this feeling is referred to as a "post-pandemic hangover" where everyone is now wary or prefers working from home versus going into the office.
Only a few of the employees in our office are reporting, even there. Everyone wants to keep the current working arrangement, and since the majority of our personnel were employed in this way, they will have a difficult time adjusting when we finally switch to a F2F system.

This is what happen when people can't adapt working with full technology. I mean, yes, we need to incorporate technology and start to adapt working from home. But sometimes some people are too socialised until they can't do with the online thing and even force to go back to work or study onsite.

It is my fault. I did not report my late log in real time due to slowness of the computer in real time. If I was able to, I won't be asked to go back.

I found a cheap place. I can stay for a minimum of 5 months at 2,750 ($50.43) a month...

Because of my tardy. I did not tell my supervisor that the reason for my tardy were slow computer. But that's okay, 3 months will pass by quickly.
