Good evening friends I haven't been able to be active here in the past few days, but I'll be here soon. It's past midnight here right now and you won't believe it, but I'm cleaning the house. I'm like an owl, instead of going to sleep, I walk around the house.

I'm making a cake tomorrow. For me.

My birthday is on February 1st and I still haven't figured out what cake I'm making, but I will. I think I'll be busy all day tomorrow with the cake and decorating, as I want it to be special, because I'm turning 40 after all. I have to admit that this number sounds scary.

Are you afraid of age? Do you think they go too fast?

I remember when I turned 40 and I remember that I was almost depressed.

Now it sounds such a young age to me. Happy Birthday to You!

I have to admit that I have been dealing with cake all day. Not everything went as I wanted, but I think she will be great in the end.

I hope you have a very Happy Birthday. I am no longer afraid of age because I know the Lord and my loved ones look out for me and if anything I will be with them so no worries, What are you scared about? March 1 I will be 66 and I still want to rock and roll,

@Nevena83 I understand but you see like for me the reality is you have to handle it and you have to do the very best you can for yourself, You have many more years to go before you even have to think about a word like old, I wish you the very best and remember to always keep the child alive in your heart,

I would like to be like I used to be, but I'm not sure if I can do it. I'm too tired, sad, angry... I'm full of negative emotions that are suffocating me.

To be forty again. I remember back then- struggling with awful cars, struggling with getting to work, helping seniors in their homes. Yes birthdays come on quick and fast. Happy birthday you young whipper snapper.
