A wedding in the snow

Next Saturday we are going to have a wedding in "Serra da Estrela" (a mountain that usually is covered with snow at this time of the year

). Since I still don't know what I am going to wear, I went shopping today to see if I could find something cool. I found this satin blouse on sale, I don't think it is suitable for a wedding but I like it. I also bought a pajama for my daughter. Both pieces had a big discount. I can't resist a good promotion.

I still need to find something warm and nice to wear in the wedding and time is running

What clothes would you wear if you had a wedding in the snow?

That’s a good question. I think I’d wear a long sleeve dress that came down to my ankles of thick material that comes up up to the neck and a dressy coat. That is if the wedding will beheld outside. If it’s held inside any dress you’d wear to a wedding should be fine.

I would wear a very warm coat and cap over a warm pant suit. I hope you will find something suitable

Show us what you get when you find it Manuela. That will be maybe cold for you. I would wear a lovely dress with boots and a jacket. But I am used to the cold and snow I like it

I already have the boots and the coat, as it is cold I think I will try to find trousers. Yes, I don't like the cold at all.

The blouse looks pretty! I can't resist a good promotion too. It's better to get what you want at a cheaper rate, right?

Now I know where the wedding is held. (I read the other post first.)

I can't imagine how cold it would be in the snow, so I don't know what clothes I would wear.

I love a good bargain, especially if it is things I want. I wore pants, a blouse and a warm long coat. The cold was bearable.

fur coat with a pantsuit fancy hat and ear mufflers.

But I'm just imagining because I guess I could never attend a wedding in the snow as our country is a tropical country. Enjoy the wedding ceremony.

I'd definitely be looking for something warm to wear. Hope you find the perfect outfit. I love a good bargain too. That shade of green is one of my favorites

I really hate being cold. I would want to wear a heavy coat and layers of clothes to keep warm but that wouldn’t look very nice to wear for a wedding so that would be a dilemma. I know from your recent post you enjoyed the wedding and it was so beautiful!
