I got home from work and we tricked Bitty. We had to, to catch her and put her in the cat carrier.
Yes, we took her for her rabies shot and to be spayed. She did not want to go. of course.
Our vet here wants the pet at the health care center to fast over night for better outcomes with the surgery. So, the surgery will be tomorrow. They will keep her overnight and we will pick her up Friday.
Next I will need to get Bruno, formerly known as Zeus, in for a check up and a rabies shot as well. He is very overweight, but likely is slimming, because I do not feed him as much as my sister did. He also plays with Bitty and I am sure that helps.
So that is the major event of today. Bitty went to the vet.

That’s good Zeus is being fed properly now. My parents say their cats are so fat since getting fixed and that they don’t feed them much but I was there yesterday for my fathers birthday and he was giving them ice cream sooo I know why they are fat.

We did the same with our little Whiskers last summer. She is so small and petite it is hard to believe she is an adult cat who had a litter of 5 kitties.

It's hard to make pets lose weight but with Zeus, more moderate feeding is bound to gradually have an impact.

I have several to get spayed. Mine hate to see the carry cage.
