Pondicherry has many beaches. But the great part of the city includes the wide pavements. Whereever wide pavements are created for the walking of the travellers that can make the ambience even more attractive. The lovely sea breeze makes walking on the pavements very romantic.

This is like a board walk. This lets you enjoy the beach without all the sand. A few stores would also be very nice.

Does the bicycle allowed to ride in that pavements? I can imagine my self riding bicycle and enjoy the surrounding in the evening

I enjoy places with wide pavements along the seashore. Not many near me, but there are many in Rio de hanghaJaneiro and along the Bond in Shanghai. Those are the only ones I know of.
