Today is Valentine’s Day. Or is it Valentines Day? I think it’s the first one that’s grammatically correct.
Hubby works till 8pm today so no plans. Gonna make something at home. Gotta do kotlety, which are beef patties. Not sure on the side though. Maybe orzo. And perhaps cabbage salad. No dessert really so will have to go to the store for that.
Any plans for Valentine’s Day?

@JudyEv There is truth in that. And things are overpriced.

Just to make it through the day is all Lena, no plans.
Happy Valentines to you both.

It is the day of Valentine. So it's Valentine's day. My wife and I had already done with it - just a simple dinner treat at Jollibee.

@lovebuglena For your information, Jollibee is the largest fast food chain brand in the Philippines, operating a network of more than 1,500 stores in 17 countries.

No plans here. Hubby and I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Hope you had a nice dinner.

Not the same as going out but it was a good dinner. I thought hubby would surprise me with some flowers. Didn't happen.

@LindaOHio Not a fan of chocolate. I'd rather have some baked goodies like pies, muffins, turnovers, etc.

Lol by that token Valentine's Day counts as every day too so why should you not celebrate? But yeah, its a commercialized holiday. Don't know that for a fact but I bet flower stores charge higher prices for bouquets. I know restaurants have special Valentine's Day menus, which are not cheap.

@lovebuglena Which is why I won't buy in. No need to. I'd rather keep my money and take a nice trip or something with what I saved on that stupid card and box of chocolates or that overrated, overpriced dinner. lol
