Early to bed, early to rise

Old saying, early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I am none of those. I am just dragging, to be honest.
I was in bed by 6:30 last night. Slept good until after 11, but this cold or whatever I have interfered. I was mouth breathing and would get very parched and have to get up for a drink.
It is a little after six this morning, and I just want to sit in the dark and sleep in my chair as I wait for the sun to come up.
I am not sick, really, but certainly not well. It has an affect on my day to day life.
I do have a doctor's appointment for Monday. Just a 6 month checkup, but we will address everything.
Today I work all day. I hope it is a good day.

I'm glad you are going to the doctor on Monday. He/She will be able to check you over and make sure you are OK. Have a great weekend and get some rest. I hope Bob is doing well.

I always seem to get much more done if I get up early than if I get up late but work late as well.

It won’t be fun at all you having to work feeling like that. I’m sorry you aren’t feeling up to par .
I’ve had two sleepless nights the last week so I’m lagging bad today. I don’t have a lot of prep for dinner tonight nor cleaning so I think I will nap today with the baby when she goes down for a nap. I need to catch up on my sleep. I’m feeling nauseous from it.
