"Going to the Mardi Gras" keeps going through my head. Well, I'm not exactly going there but I will be going to the Centre today because they'll be serving pancakes for lunch (in honor of it being Pancake Tuesday, Mardi gras, Fat Tuesday). I've got my beads on and trying to decide if I should wear this flashy sundress I have... I'd wear it over my turtleneck sweater and tights... and I'd like to wear a certain hat with a flower in it but it's gonna get windy today and the hat doesn't come with strings.

I hope you liked whatever you chose you wear. What you picked out sounds uplifting! My baby and my oldest daughter both had pancakes today. Only the baby was in honor of Pancake Tuesday thought since my oldest daughter didn’t know about it. I had heard about this from @Judyev

So today is the last day that Catholics can do anything they want, I know a lot of catholics and almost all of them do the whole give up something for lent ..... I'm not catholic and don't bother with this religious thingy.
